Bhutani Infra Soon to Invest Rs. 5000 Cr in Top Commercial Projects in Noida

The famous commercial real estate firm “Bhutani Infra” is planning to invest a huge amount of Rs. 5000 crore years in developing three top  commercial projects in Noida and Greater Noida over the next three to four years.

The primary objective behind this investment is to cater the increasing demand of retail as well as office spaces. These three projects cover an area of approximately 75 acres, each around 25 acres in size. The company has made a full-proof business strategy by selling 75 percent area and a lot rest 25 percent for lease.

The division of three commercial projects is somewhat like this:

  • Two commercial projects in Noida
  • One commercial property in Greater Noida West

Bhutani Infra has already invested Rs 1000 crore on these three projects and waiting for huge profit return of around Rs 5000 crore more in the next three to four years. The company CEO has directly said that this big decision has been taken due to the increasing demand for office space in Noida and Greater Noida since here the rent amount is too low as compared to Gurugram, Haryana.

Commercial Projects

  • Noida Bhutani Alphathum: It is the first commercial project located in sector 90, Noida. It is offering the office space of about 35 lakh sq ft area along with a shopping mall spreaded across 7 lakh sq ft area. One more plus point is the availability of 500 studio apartments.
  • Bhutani Grandthum: It is high street retail destination covering an area of around 23 acres.
  • Bhutani Cyberthum: It is located in sector-140, Noida spreaded across an area of 27 acres land for both retail and office spaces.
