Noida-Greater Noida – The zone with ultimate development potential

News of Constant development strategies of Noida – Greater Noida have been seen in the past decade. Two major plans of developing NCR, The Haryana Zone and the Uttar Pradesh zone were proposed and by the end of 2019 we all were able to witness from extension of Metro in both the states connecting New Delhi, to the construction of Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor and Eastern and Western Peripheral Expressways to divert major transportation to the National Capital. Noida-Greater Noida is on a threshold of becoming a true paradigm of knowledge, information technology and infrastructure as well.

Construction of the Jewar Airport

Recently news was seen revolving of Zurich Airport triumphing the bid of Development of Jewar Airport. After the successful sale of its remaining shares in the airport in Bengaluru in 2017, Flughafen Zurich AG is excited to be again present in India, a focus market for the company as quoted by the LiveMint in its December section. The development was delayed since it was first announced in 2001, but now it is promising as the First Phase is about to initiate in 2023.

This is a good news for both the aviation sector as well as the Real Estate Sector. Since the first announcement in 2001, Developer started purchasing land around the proposed Jewar Airport land as the same development was seen in Gurgaon when proximity to the airport benefitted the Real Estate Sector in the city. But since the project delayed, the hopes delayed too. Now, when Zurich Airport took over the development responsibility, new rays of hopes and construction excellence is expected to be observed as Zurich is among the most well organised and well planned cities in the world.

Metro is at its full pace!

The new metro track that is the extension of Noida- Greater Noida has now got the approved finance on 3rd December 2019 (Tuesday). The Uttar Pradesh Government has approved the cost of Rs 2682 Crore for the extension of Aqua Line metro. The stretch of this line will be now 15 kms long incorporating 9 stations spread over the areas of Gaur City and Noida Extension. As said by the UP Industrial Development Minister Satish Mahana that the whole project completion will almost take a time period of 3 years.

This extension is expected to have a higher level of footfall as the areas of Noida Extension and Gaur City are densely populated and will further have more populations as there are numerous of residential and commercial development. Some of them like Gaur City, Nirala Estate, Mahagun Mywoods, White Orchid, JM Florence, Ace City are ready to move in already. Ace Divino, CRC Sublimis, Ace Aspire are under full swing construction. Thus, it will lead to huge population in Greater Noida West and ultimately landing crowd at the upcoming metro route. 

At last, the extended Aqua Line will not only benefit the Government but also reduce the stress of people who will be commuting from newly developed location of Greater Noida West to their job locations or to access basic amenities.
