Great Start of the Year, Aqua Metro Construction work will start Soon

The construction of extended aqua line metro will start soon. The Noida and Greater Noida authorities are all set to gift its people a grand gift this New Year.  Recently approved aqua line extension connecting Noida Sector 71 to Knowledge Park 5 of Greater Noida West will start the initial phase work from next month.

The Noida Authorities have given Rs 25 crore to start the work at the earliest to NMRC (Noida Metro Rail Corporation). The Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanath Ji will do the honours of establishing the first brick to take up the construction work. This is also expected that Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji will soon visit to initiate the construction of Noida Airport and at the same time the metro construction work will also start.

However, a total expenditure of Rs 2682 crores will be given by the partnership of Noida and Greater Noida authorities. It is proposed that before the vidhan sabha elections of 2022 the metro will be completely ready and the people will get benefits before the elections. NMRC demanded for Rs 25 crores and that is been given to them. The tender process has also done and now the work starts in a time period of one month.

There are 2 ways to put the foundation stone for the metro. Either there can be a specific program where Yogi Adityanath will do the honour or the other option is that when Modi Ji comes for keeping the foundation stone for Airport on that day itself the metro is also initiated. However, on asking about the same from Mr Narender Bhushan, CEO of Noida Authority, he only stated that Rs 25 crores have been given to NMRC.

This is big news for all the people who have been looking forward towards the start of this extension at the earliest. This will help everyone in easy commuting to and from different places. The aqua line will also boost the Greater Noida West realty market. Recently, when then this extension got the approval the prices of commercial as well as residential projects already attained hike. And as on the day, the foundation stone ceremony will take place the prices are further expected to rise.
